Our new Townsville client has just had their Google Ads campaign switched on with a fine tuned setup designed to attract new patients from the Townsville region. We've set the demographics for this campaign to be all genders and also set the age groups to target between 28 and 65.
Our client wanted to attract new patients and also be seen by his existing or past patients by keyword targeting his name along with the name of the business. We were advised that chiropractor patients are loyal to their chiropractor in the same way that some people have a loyalty to their hairdresser, so there is some heavy keyword targeting centred around abbreviations and different phrases of his name and title.
Obviously, we're only running these Google Ads in front of people in the Townsville region as the business can't service patients remotely and with our account settings we're expecting to reach over 150 qualified potential customers each month and with the website featuring a bookings form, we can measure results instantly based on the number of bookings received.
We could set our conversion metrics to provide reporting on conversions set on predetermined actions performed by website visitors. This feature in Google Ads is easy to set up and is used to provide advertisers with results on the number of conversions that the campaign has made and also the value of each of these conversions. We don't use this to measure the performance of a Google Ads campaign as the data given is often skewed and manipulated to make the campaign look better than it actually is. Instead we have a superior and more accurate way of measuring a campaigns success which we will be reporting to our client each month that this new Google Ads campaign is running.
